These Terms of Service apply to your use of tamrin.store and purchases from TAMRIN, a store based in Lebanon. Our store is hosted by Shopify. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or use the store with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian. Do not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access, or interference with its operation.

Products and selections

Review the product description, size, color, price, and any preorder information before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. This does not limit your rights if an item is defective, misdescribed, or different from the item ordered. Availability may change.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, item prices, applicable delivery charges, taxes, discounts, and total shown at checkout before confirming your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Changes to advertised prices apply to future orders and do not authorize an additional charge to an existing order without your agreement.

Orders and contact information

Provide accurate contact and delivery details. Contact us promptly if you need to correct an order. If an item cannot be supplied or an order contains a material pricing error, we will contact you to discuss the available options; we will not substitute a different item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, amounts paid for the unfulfilled items must be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery and preorders

Review any delivery and preorder information provided on the product page and at checkout. If a dispatch estimate, delivery charge, or preorder condition is unclear, contact us before ordering. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly agreed. These terms do not remove any delivery or cancellation rights available under applicable law.

Returns, exchanges, and problems with an order

For a return, exchange, cancellation, damaged item, or incorrect item, contact us at khaznlbn@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. Any additional return conditions must be disclosed before purchase and cannot restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Brand names and website content

Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. TAMRIN is an independent retailer and does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by those brands unless expressly stated. Do not copy or use website content in a way that infringes applicable intellectual property rights.

Third-party websites and services may have their own terms. We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but interruptions or errors may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Changes will not retroactively alter an existing order without your agreement.
